Appointment & Deposit Policy

Important Notice for Patients

To help ensure appointment availability and reduce missed appointments, Olive Branch Dermatology requires a valid credit or debit card to be kept securely on file for all patients.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

• A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments or appointments canceled outside of the required 24hr notice period.

• By scheduling an appointment, patients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Cosmetic Appointment Deposit

• All cosmetic consultations and cosmetic treatment appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of scheduling.

• This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment or service at the time of your appointment.

XERF® Skin Tightening Deposit

• Patients scheduling XERF® Skin Tightening treatments are required to provide a non-refundable $500 deposit at the time of scheduling.

• This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the treatment.

Deposit Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits may be forfeited for missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend the scheduled visit.
